LEVEL 4 / POST 7 (WEEK 9): THEMED / FREE POST

In this blog I would be interested to touch on the topic of health in times of pandemic, particularly  mental health in primary health care officials, who have had to be in these difficult processes that have been carried out in Chile the main managers of vaccination against the covid, have been the officials of the cesfam, hospitals, among others.

The main attention had to be put aside in order to carry out the process of "herd immunisation", which mainly seeks to reduce the amount of occupancy of emergency (UCI) beds, contagions and other factors. Very little has been said about the mental health of officials, where they have collapsed with workload and had to be the visible face of this whole process, where people are usually not empathised with the personal.

It would be important to start talking about the mental health of the so-called "first line of health" who have had to adapt to these difficult times, having to be par of protocols and task totally different from those they used to, have been the visible face in the face of complaints, suggestions and any problems that afflicts the moment, it has also had to leave the family aside and take care of each other as much as we can, take the necessary preucationary measures and if you see someone of health give them as much encouragement as possible, any word serves above all at this difficult time.

If I have the opportunity to visit a country this year or next, I would choose Mexico. In my view, Mexican culture is rich in indigenous and architectural diversity, many people like know their culture, one example, the day of death in October, their ceremonies or beliefs. LEVEL 4 / POST 6 (WEEK 8): POST GRADUATE STUDIES.

 I would like to do postgraduate course mainly to continue learning and specialize in the different things I like, the truth is what I have not been much inquiring what it is or the programs they have for this type of study. If there is anything related to territorial work or childhood, I would like to specialize myself from there, take some stuff that has to do with these topics and ideally learn even more. I would like to meet the foreigner to specialize, ideally Latin American countries, where different part-time practices can be carried out.
